Check In/Out
An inspection is made with the Tenant going in and out of the unit. This eliminates potential misunderstandings by the Tenant.

Eviction Costs
To evict a Tenant runs up to $1000. With our included coverage the property owner does not have to bear this cost

Today Tenants are online. Using the internet we place ads on up to 50 sites as well as Realtor.com, & Zillow. Realtors see the ads on the MLS as well.
Money Back Satisfaction
Our 90 day money back guarantee allows the Owner a refund of the property management fees if not satisfied with our service for any reason
Rent Insurance
In the unlikely event, the Tenant loses his job or does not pay his rent, the included non-payment of rent insurance will cover the uncollected funds.
Rent Collections
Tenants face substantial late fees if rent is not paid timely. This causes them to pay on time. In the event the tenant does not pay, the included insurance will cover the unpaid rent.
Tenant Screenings
Background checks, credit history and rental history ensures a qualified tenant. Their employment is also checked for length and sufficient earnings.
